Most orders are delivered by email within 5 to 30 minutes. If our team needs to check the result by hand, you will hear from us within 24 hours.
What kind of photo works best?
One clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera and their face filling a good part of the frame. You can upload up to three photos — more angles help a lot.
Will it really look like my pet?
That is the whole point. Every portrait is checked — automatically and, when needed, by a person — against your original photo before it is sent to you.
What do I actually receive?
