Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you your order.
• Your pet's name, used to title the artwork.
• The photographs you upload, used only to generate your portrait.
• A shipping address, only if you order a canvas.
• Referral and campaign tags from the link you arrived on, stored in a first-party cookie for 30 days.
• The country your order was placed and paid from, as reported by our content delivery network. Two letters, such as "DE". We do not store the IP address it was derived from.
• Server logs containing IP address and request metadata, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.

2. Counting visitors

We count page views ourselves rather than using Google Analytics or any similar service. Nothing about you is sent to a third party, and no advertising or tracking cookie is set for this.

For each page view we record the page, the country, the link tag you arrived with, and the website you came from — its address only, never the full link, which could contain your search terms. To tell two visitors apart we store a one-way hash of your address and browser combined with a random value that is replaced every day and never written down. This means we can count how many people visited today, and we cannot recognise you tomorrow — not because we choose not to, but because the value that made yesterday's hash no longer exists anywhere. These records are deleted after 90 days.

3. How long we keep it

Your source photographs and every generated image are permanently deleted 30 days after your order. This is enforced by an automated daily job, not by hand. Order records (email, amount, status) are retained longer because we are required to keep accounting records.

4. Who we share it with

• Our AI generation provider, which receives your photographs and the style prompt in order to produce the artwork.
• Our email provider, which receives your email address and the message we send you.
• Our payment provider, which receives your email address and the amount.
• Our print partner, which receives your shipping address and the print file — only if you order a canvas.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the 30-day period ends. Write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We set one first-party cookie, recording which link brought you to the site so we can tell which of our videos people find useful. It contains no personal information and expires after 30 days. We set no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind.
