1. Who we are

My Paw Art ("we", "us") sells AI-generated artwork made from photographs that you upload. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

You are buying one or more high-resolution digital image files. The artwork is generated by an AI model from the photograph you upload. Every portrait is unique, and no two runs produce an identical result.

3. Seeing it before you pay

Nothing is charged when you place an order. We first make one portrait and show it to you with a watermark across it, free of charge. You pay only if you want that portrait, and paying removes the watermark and unlocks the full-resolution file — it is the same picture you looked at, not a new one.

Prices are shown on the site before you pay and include everything: there are no delivery charges for digital files and no recurring payments of any kind. This is a single purchase, not a subscription.

4. Your photographs

• You confirm that you own the photographs you upload, or have permission to use them.
• You confirm the photographs show an animal, and contain no identifiable person.
• You grant us a licence to process the photographs for the sole purpose of creating your order.
• We delete source photographs and generated files 30 days after your order.

5. Rights in the artwork

You may use the artwork for personal purposes, including printing it, framing it, and sharing it. We may show anonymised examples of generated artwork in our marketing unless you ask us not to.

6. Delivery

Your free preview is normally ready within a few minutes, and we email you a link to it. After payment the full-resolution files are available on your order page immediately and are emailed to you as well. If an order needs checking by hand, we deliver within 24 hours and tell you so.

There is nothing to ship: this is a digital product delivered by email and by download link.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload photographs of people, content you do not have rights to, or anything unlawful. We may cancel and refund an order that breaches this clause.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
